الحوز..حملة فيسبوكية لإجبار اوتكارت على دعم قطاع التعليم وتوفير سيارات النقل المدرسي  


بعد توالي شكايات سكان عدد من القرى النائية بخصوص ضعف البنية التحتية لمؤسسات تعليمية، وأخرى آيلة للسقوط، وتزايد حالات التلاميذ المهددين بالهدر المدرسي، أطلق عدد من رواد مواقع التواصل الاجتماعية، حملة لإجبار رئيس المجلس الاقليمي للحوز، على دعم قطاع التعليم وتوفير سيارات للنقل المدرسي.

وذهبت الحملة اٍلى أن العجز الذي يعرفه قطاع التعليم بالاقليم، يفوق طاقة مديرية الحوز للتعليم، خاصة في مجال اٍعادة تأهيل جميع المؤسسات التعليمية التي تعرف ضعفا في بنيتها التحتية، وهو ما يستدعي تدخل المجلس الاقليمي للحوز، لتسخير كافة امكانياته لدعم قطاع التعليم، سيرا على توصيات جلالة الملك محمد السادس، الذي أكد على ضرورة تضافر جهود الجميع لتقوية هذا القطاع الاجتماعي.

وانطلقت موجة سخرية عارمة بعد تداول أخبار مساعي المجلس الاقليمي لبناء مقر له بحوالي أزيد من مليار سنتيم، وكذا تأهيل حدائق مدينة تحناوت بحوالي أزيد من 200 مليون سنتيم، في حين ينال قطاع التعليم دراهم معدودات.

ويهدد شبح الهدر المدرسي عدد من التلاميذ، وخاصة التلميذات، غير بعيد عن المقر الحالي للمجلس الاقليمي، بسبب عدم توفرهم عن سيارة للنقل المدرسي.

ويشار اٍلى الجماعات الترابية بالحوز، كانت قد ساهمت في تأهيل عدد من الحجرات الدراسية لانجاح الدخول المدرسي الجديد، وخصصت كل مؤسسة منتخبة حوالي 20 مليون سنتيم رغم ضعف في ميزانياتها، غير أن ضعف اهتمام المجلس الاقليمي للحوز بهذا القطاع، جر عليه وابلا من الانتقادات من قبل رواد مواقع التواصل الاجتماعية.

ويبلغ عدد الحجرات الدراسية ( البناء المفكك) التي مازالت تحتاح اٍلى اٍعادة تأهيل بالحوز، حوالي أزيد من 400 حجرة دراسية.
