وعلى الرغم من نفي المتهمين لامتلاكهما الرياض الفخم بمراكش، الا أن جميع المعطيات التي توصل بها قاضي التحقيق تثبت العكس، من خلال تحويلات بنكية ومبالغ مدفوعة لشركة عقارية بالمدينة الحمراء، اضافة الى عمليات سحب من شبابيك أوتوماتيكية بمراكش، قامت بها الزوجة " اليزابيت بلكاني" من أجل اقتناء تجهيزات الرياض.
وقدرت المبالغ التي قام الزوجين باختلاسها من خلال التهرب الضريبي بحوالي 13 مليون أورو، وقد تم اخفاءها في شركات أجنبية بطريقة ممنهجة، وذلك على مدى عدة سنوات.
