الجريمة في المغرب حديث كل ا?فواه


خ?ل العشر سنوات ا?خيرة، كانت الجريمة  مشكلة كبيرة في بلدنا الحبيب، بحيث أصبحت السرقة والنشل واسعتا ا?نتشار زيادة عن جرائم سرقة السيارات،  عن طريق عصابات مكونة من شباب ونساء وأطفال وحوادث خطف ا?طفال والنساء وإغتصابهم المتكرر زيادة عن جرائم القتل البشعة عن طريق التعنيف والتعذيب وكذلك السطو على الوكا?ت البنكية وغيرها من الجرائم التي كانت با?مس القريب موضوع أف?م يشاهدها المغاربة على القنوات ا?جنبية فقط حتى أصبحنا اليوم نشاهدها على مرأى من العين بدهشة كبيرة ودهول، مما
خلف إستياء كبير لدى المواطن المغربي خصوصا أنه لم يعهد هذه النوعية من الجرائم وبهذه الطرق. 
لكن هل العائق ا?قتصادي وا?جتماعي هو اسبب المباشرة في تفشي الجريمة بشتى انواعها؟.
فعندما نتحدث عن الجانب ا?قتصادي فمن الضروري أن
نتحدث عن ضعف المزانية المرصودة ل?ستثمار  مع الديون المتكررة  وسوء التدبير، كذلك التهرب الضريبي وإرتفاع النفقات العمومية وكذلك المتغيرات ا?قتصادية العالمية  ا?خيرة وارتفاع أسعار النفط والمواد الغذائية، وإنخفاض ا?نتاج الف?حي؛ هذه من بين ا?سباب ا?قتصادية الكثيرة التي ساعدت في تفشي الظاهرة. أما فيما يخص ا?سباب ا?جتماعية فهي كارثية، و? يمكن حصرها في
مشكل واحد أو إثنين لكن سأذكر منها مشكل التعليم ،البطالة، الزواج المبكر، والهدر المدرسي، وكذلك تدني  مستوى الخدمات الصحية، هذا كله جعل فوبيا ا?جرام تنتشر بسرعة هائلة  داخل المجتمع المغربي المحافظ الذي ما فتئ يحاربها بشتى الوسائل لكن ا?حصائيات ا?خيرة أفرزت على أن المغرب يحتل المرتبة الخامسة عربيا، وهذا ما أحدث تخوفا في قلوبنا جميعا، لكن مع الخطة ا?منية المحكمة والتعليمات السامية لصاحب الج?لة وكذلك الجهود التي تبذلها المديرية العامة ل?من الوطني في
شخص رجل الدولة بإمتياز عبد اللطيف الحموشي  نستبشر خيرا بإذن الله في غضون ا?يام المقبلة.
كما أود في مقالي هذا أن أسلط الضوء على الجانب التحسيسي الذي يجب أن يقوم به المجتمع المدني ككل، وهو بكل صراحة شبه منعدم اللهم بعض الجمعيات القليلة التي تقوم بين الفينة وا?خرى بأنشطة تحسيسية تحذر فيها من الظاهرة والغوص فيها وفي نهاية ا?مر أود أن أخبر أن كل مغربي مسؤل عن إنتشار ظاهرة ا?جرام مادام لم يحسس ولم يساهم في تأطير نفسه ومحيطه.
