قسي لحلو يقف على أهمية أجهزة الانذار لمواجهة الفيضانات بالحوز

ووقع تبادل المذكرات المتعلقة بهذه المساعدة المالية، التي تندرج في إطار دعم المخطط الوطني للوقاية من الفيضانات، كل من كاتب الدولة المكلف بالماء والبيئة، وسفير اليابان في المغرب أنذاك.
ويتوخى هذا المشروع بالأساس تجهيز حوضي أوريكا وغغاية، وهي منطقة تتعرض مرارا للفيضانات، بنظام أوتوماتيكي ذي دقة عالية يخول التنبؤ والإنذار المبكر للفيضانات خلال مدة قصيرة فاصلة بين الملاحظة الهيدرولوجية والإعلان عن الفيضان، مما سيمكن من الوقاية من الفيضانات والحفاظ على الأشخاص والممتلكات.
ويتضمن المشروع إرساء نظام للمراقبة الهيدرولوجية، شمل إقامة 11 محطة هيدرولوجية جديدة، وإعادة تهيئة 7 أخرى، فضلا عن التجهيز بمعدات الرصد والتتبع الهيدرولوجي الأوتوماتيكي.
كما تضمن إحداث نظام للتحليل والإرسال ونظام إنذار عبر وضع 13 جهاز إنذار على طول المجاري المائية ووضع جهاز رصد وإنذار بالحمولات.
