تحت الرعاية السامية لصاحب الجلالة محمد السادس نصره الله، تنظم جمعية أبي رقراق في الفترة الممتدة ما بين 16 و 21 شتنبر، المهرجان الدولي لفيلم المرأة  بسلا في دورته الثالثة عشرة.

و سيعرف المهرجان  تنظيم عدة برامج، و أنشطة تكرس الصورة الإيجابية للمرأة  في المشهد السينمائي المغربي و الدولي.
كما ستقوم إدارة المهرجان بتكريم الممثلتين المغربيتين، "منى فتو" و "ماجدولين الادريسي"، وذلك عرفانا بمسارهما الغني، و المتميز في المجال السينمائي المغربي.
