اعتقال تعسفي في حق مواطن بمراكش بعد رفضه التوقيع على قرار إفراغ منزله
علم موقع "مراكش7"، أن الشخص الستيني الذي سبق وأن هدد بحرق نفسه بعد محاولة افراغ منزله الكائن بزنقة رحال بن احمد بكليز، قبل حوالي شهر من الآن، قد تعرض لاعتقال تعسفي من طرف أمن مراكش، وذلك بدون تحديد السبب حسب ما جاء على لسان زوجته.
وحسب قريب من المعتقل، فقد كشف أن الأخير توصل بدعوة يوم الاثنين الماضي من وكيل الملك بالمحكمة الابتدائية، حيث توجه عنده صباح الثلاثاء، ليتم إصدار قرار باعتقاله، بعدما رفض التوقيع على قرار افراغ منزله، إذ تم إيداعه بسجن الأوداية، وهو ما اكتشفته زوجته يوم أمس الأربعاء بعد استفسارها عن سبب اختفاء زوجها عن الأنظار.
وكان الموقوف قد قام بمحاولة حرق نفسه فوق منزله بجليز مطلع شهر يوليوز الماضي، بعد قدوم عناصر السلطة المحلية لتنفيذ قرار بالإفراغ في حقه، قبل أن يتراجع بعد تدخل عناصر الأمن، حيث تم اقتياده الى مركز الدائرة الأولى، قبل أن يتم إطلاق سراحه بعد 24 ساعة.
