محاولة اٍخماد نيران يصرع ربان طائرة في فرنسا
أعلنت السلطات الفرنسية إن طائرة لمكافحة الحرائق، كانت تواجه نيران الغابات المشتعلة في جنوب البلاد تحطمت وقتل ربانها.
ووقع الحادث عندما كان أكثر من 500 من رجال الإطفاء يحاولون السيطرة على 3حرائق منفصلة في مقاطعة "غارد" الجنوبية.
وكتب وزير الداخلية كريستوف كاستانير، في تغريدة له على "تويتر"، قائلاً: "أصابنا حزن شديد. وأشيد بالشجاعة التي لا حدود لها للطيار".
ودمر حريق، نشب يوم الثلاثاء الماضي، أكثر من 500 هكتار في المنطقة، وفقا لـ"راديو فرانس بلو" العمومي.
وقال إريك موريل، المدعي العام في مدينة "نيم" الفرنسية، إن شبهة الحرق العمد تحيط بهذه القضية.
