جلالة الملك : مع الأسف.. المنجزات التي تم تحقيقها لم تشمل بما يكفي جميع فئات المجتمع المغربي
قال جلالة الملك في خطابه السامي، بمناسبة الذكرى 20 لتربعه على عرش أسلافه المنعمين، أن المغرب تمكن خلال عقدين من تحقيق مجموعة من الإصلاحات العميقة والمصالحات والمشاريع الكبرى، بهدف مواصلة مسيرة بناء المغرب الحديث، الا أنها مع الأسف، لم تشمل، بما يكفي، جميع فئات المجتمع.
وأضاف صاحب الجلالة " صحيح أننا لم نتمكن أحيانا، من تحقيق كل ما نطمح إليه. ولكننا اليوم، أكثر عزما على مواصلة الجهود، وترصيد المكتسبات، واستكمال مسيرة الإصلاح، وتقويم الاختلالات، التي أبانت عنها التجربة".
وأكد جلالته أن بعض المواطنين قد لا يلمسون مباشرة، تأثير كل المنجزات التي تمت على مستوى البنيات التحتية، سواء تعلق الأمر بالطرق السيارة، والقطار فائق السرعة، والموانئ الكبرى، أو في مجال الطاقات المتجددة، وتأهيل المدن والمجال الحضري، في تحسين ظروف عيشهم، وتلبية حاجياتهم اليومية، خاصة في مجال الخدمات الاجتماعية الأساسية، والحد من الفوارق ا لاجتماعية، وتعزيز الطبقة الوسطى.
واستطرد الملك محمد السادس " ويعلم الله أنني أتألم شخصيا، ما دامت فئة من المغاربة، ولو أصبحت واحدا في المائة، تعيش في ظروف صعبة من الفقر أو الحاجة".
