تم تصنيف المنتخب المغربي لكرة القدم ضمن المستوى الأول للمنتخبات التي ستلعب تصفيات كأس أمم افريقيا 2021، الى جانب كل من الجزائر، بوركينا فاسو، الكاميرون، كوت ديفوار، مصر، غانا، مالي، نيجيريا، الكونغو الديمقراطية، السنغال وتونس.
