تقدم النائب البرلماني سعيد إدبعلي عن المجموعة النيابية للتقدم والاشتراكية بسؤال شفوي إلى وزير التجهيز والنقل واللوجستيك والماء، حول نقص المياه الصالحة للشرب بإقليم الصويرة، وذلك خلال جلسة الأسئلة الشفوية المنعقدة يومه الاثنين بمجلس النواب.
وقال إدبعلي على أنه بالرغم من الجهود المبذولة من طرف الوزارة المعنية في هذا المجال، إلا أن هناك بعض المناطق لا زالت تعاني من مشكل الماء الشروب، إذ لازالت ساكنتها تشرب مياه "الضايات"وتقتني "سترنات" الماء..
وذكر ادبعلي في تعقيبه حول نفس الموضوع، بفاجعة بولعلام، والتي توفي على اثرها 15 إمرأة بالصويرة من أجل الدقيق، مشيرا الا ان ذلك لم يخرج ساكنة الصويرة إلى الشارع للاحتجاج، لكنها اليوم باتت تفكر في ذلك بسبب العطش.
واشار إدبعلي إلى إن هناك عدة مشاريع تمت برمجتها في هذا الباب، لكن دون ان تنفذ على أرض الواقع.
ومن جهته قال وزير التجهيز والنقل واللوجستيك والماء في جوابه، على أنه في السنوات الأخيرة تعرف مجموعة من مناطق المملكة توزيعا غير معتدلا للأمطار، بالاضافة لندرة المياه الجوفية وتوالي سنوات الجفاف، باعتبارها عوامل اثرت على بعض المناطق خاصة في فصل الصيف.
وأكد الوزير على أن هناك مقاربة استعجالية لمعالجة إشمالية الماء، وذلك انطلاقا من تظافر الجهود بين المكتب الوطني للماء الصالح للشرب ووكالة الاحواض المائية ووزارة الداخلية وقطاع الماء من أجل إيجاد حلول للمراكز التي تعرف اضطرابات في مجال الماء الشروب، وذلك عبر حفر آبار جديد، إصلاح القنوات أو المد بقنوات جديدة، إضافة إلى اعتماد برامج جديدة منها ما هو مبرمج بمجموعة من دواوير إقليم الصويرة.
