تهمة الاختطاف والاغتصاب تجر شخصا اٍلى السجن
ذكرت مصادر متطابقة، أن فرقة الشرطة القضائية، التابعة للمنطقة الإقليمية للأمن ببرشيد، تمكنت مساء أمس الجمعة، من توقيف شخص يبلغ من العمر 25 سنة، وهو من ذوي السوابق القضائية، للاشتباه في تورّطه في قضية تتعلق بالاحتجاز والاغتصاب تحت التهديد بالسلاح الأبيض.
وتمكنت مصالح الأمن من المتهم، بعد توصلها بشكاية من قبل فتاتين كشفتا فيها تعرّضهما للاحتجاز والاغتصاب تحت تهديد بالسلاح الأبيض من قبل ثلاثة شبّان استدرجوهما إلى منطقة خلاء بضواحي عاصمة أولاد حريز.
وأسفرت الأبحاث والتحريات المكثفة التي قامت بها مصالح الأمن، عن تحديد هوية المشتبه بتورطهم في هذه الأفعال الإجرامية. وقد تم توقيف أحدهم أمس الجمعة، بينما لا يزال البحث جاريا عن شريكيه.
وأمرت النيابة العامة المختصة بالدائرة الاستئنافية سطات بالاحتفاظ بالمشتبه به تحت الحراسة النظرية، رهن إشارة البحث التمهيدي، الذي تشرف عليه سلطة الملاءمة، قصد الكشف عن جميع ملابسات القضية.
