أطباء ألمان: تدخين الشيشة أخطر من السجائر

وأضافت الرابطة أن تدخين الشيشة أكثر خطورة على الصحة من تدخين السجائر؛ نظرا لأن المواد الضارة كالنيكوتين والقطران والبنزول تصل بكمية هائلة إلى الرئة مباشرة بدون فلترة. لذا تضاهي جلسة تدخين الشيشة تدخين 10 سجائر.
ولتجنب هذه المخاطر توصي الرابطة بالإقلاع عن تدخين الشيشة والسجائر على حد سواء.
