و أوضحت ذات المصادر ان الموقوف الذي يرأس جمعية مدنية و ينحدر من مراكش، قام بسرقة هاتف خلوي من أحد المحلات التجاري بالمدينة، حيث تم تعقبه بتقنية تحديد المواقع “جي بي إي” و ضبطه متلبسا بحيازة الهاتف بإحدى حانات جليز بزنقة يوغوسلافيا.
