من المسؤول عن الفوضى التي يعيشها شارع القواس بالمحاميد؟!


 

من الواضح أن الفوضى التي يعيشها شارع القواس بمنطقة المحاميد التابعة لقاطعة المنارة مراكش، صارت لازمة ولا يمكن القضاء عليها، وكأن هناك من يحميها ويشجع المتسببين فيها.
احتلال الملك العام بشارع القواس، لم يعد يقتصر على المساء فقط، وإنما حتى في الصباح، إذ صار الكل ينتظر بزوغ الفجر ليعود إلى مكانه سواء وسط الشارع أو على جنباته، ليملأه بسيارة أو عربة..، المهم أن يضمن مكان بيع سلعه مساء، وكل ذلك يحصل أمام أعين السلطات التي تقف أمام هذا المشهد مكتوفة الأيدي، وكأن الأمر يروق لها. 
ورغم مراسلة ملحقة بوعكاز بخصوص الفوضى التي يعيشها شارع القواس من طرف الساكنة وبعض أصحاب المحلات التجارية به، إلا أن السلطات تكتفي بحملات موسمية عمرها لا يتعدى دقائق معدودة، وهو ما يطرح أكثر من علامة استفهام حول نجاعة تلك الحملات، أيراد بها فعلا تحرير الملك العام؟، أم تشن من أجل تسجيل عبارة "ها نحن هنا" فقط؟، وبالتالي فقد تستغل في أشياء أخرى، وخاصة أمام تداول أن هناك من يغتني من وراء تلك الظاهرة، وهو ما يستدعي فتح تحقيق حول الموضوع. 
وطالب مجموعة من المواطنين بضرورة تدخل الوالي جهة مراكش أسفي، لإعطاء أوامر صارمة من أجل القضاء على ظاهرة احتلال الملك العام بشارع القواس، وإعادة تنظيم الأسواق البلدية بمنطقة المحاميد، التي لا زالت محلاتها التجارية شبه فارغة، وكأنه حكم عليها بالفشل حتى قبل أن تفتتح بشكل رسمي، وذلك لما اعترى عملية توزيع تلك المحلات من خروقات تم تسجيلها بالدرجة الأولى على مستوى لوائح المستفيدين، حسب ما هو متداول بين العديد من الباعة الجائلين الذين تم اقصاؤهم من عملية الاستفادة من تلك الأسواق.
