فتح أبحاث قضائية مع 49 مرشحا ضبطوا متلبسين بالغش في امتحانات الباكالوريا
فتحت المصالح اللاممركزة للشرطة القضائية التابعة للمديرية العامة للأمن الوطني أبحاثا قضائية تحت إشراف النيابات العامة المختصة، مع 49 مرشحا، من بينهم ست فتيات وأربعة قاصرين، وذلك بعد ضبطهم متلبسين بالقيام بأعمال الغش في الامتحانات الجهوية الموحدة للسنة أولى باكالوريا، والتي تم إجراؤها بتاريخ 8 يونيو الجاري.
وذكر بلاغ للمديرية العامة للأمن الوطني أنه تم توقيف 43 شخصا من المرشحين المضبوطين في حالة تلبس بالغش في الامتحانات، بينما تم توقيف الستة الباقين لارتكابهم أفعالا تدخل في إطار جرائم الحق العام.
أما عمليات التفتيش والحجز المنجزة في إطار هذه القضايا، فقد أسفرت عن ضبط 45 هاتفا محمولا، وخمس سماعات موصولة بأجهزة معلوماتية، وجهاز قارئ صوتي "أيبود"، يشتبه في استخدامها في أفعال الغش، حسب البلاغ. وأضافت المديرية العامة أنه تنفيذا لتعليمات النيابات العامة المختصة، فقد تم الاحتفاظ ب 16 من هؤلاء المرشحين تحت تدبير الحراسة النظرية، وإيداع قاصر واحد تحت المراقبة، بينما سيتم تقديم باقي المرشحين في حالة سراح أو إحالة ملفاتهم على شكل معلومات قضائية على النيابات العامة المختصة ترابيا.
وأشار البلاغ إلى أنه إسهاما من مصالح الأمن الوطني في تحصين الامتحانات ضد مختلف أنواع الغش والتسريب، فقد مكنت الأبحاث والتحريات التقنية التي تقوم بها مصالح اليقظة المعلوماتية التابعة للأمن الوطني من تشخيص هويات 21 شخصا، يشتبه في فتحهم لحسابات وهمية على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي بغرض استخدامها في النشر التدليسي لمواد الاختبارات، وتتواصل حاليا الأبحاث والتحريات الميدانية لتوقيفهم وتقديمهم أمام النيابات العامة المختصة.
