في ظرف قياسي، تمكنت مصالح الشرطة القضائية بولاية أمن مراكش، من فك لغز سرقة بالكسر شملت مبلغا ماليا مهما، وذلك على مستوى منزل بحي أزلي التابع لمقاطعة المنارة مراكش.
وحسب بلاغ لولاية أمن مراكش، فقد مكنت الخبرات التقنية والعلمية المعتمدة في النازلة وكذا التحريات الموازية من تحديد هوية المشتبه فيه، والوصول إليه، وذلك بعد شكاية تقدم بها الضحية لدى مصالح الأمن.
وأضاف البلاغ، أن الفاعل اعترف بتنفيذه لعملية السرقة من داخل منزل الضحية بعد أن تمكن من الولوج إليه باستعمال نسخة من مفتاح باب المنزل الذي سلمه إياه شريكه الذي يعمل مستخدما لدى الضحية، قبل ان يعمد إلى كسر دولاب والاستيلاء على المبلغ المذكور.
عملية الإيقاف هذه حسب ذات البلاغ، شملت كذلك شريكه الذي أقر بتسليم نسخة من مفتاح شقة مشغله للفاعل الرئيسي الموقوف والذي تولى شد انتباه الضحية بإحدى الضيعات الفلاحية.
وأشار نفس المصدر، إلى أن نتائج البحث خلصت إلى أن الفاعل يحتفظ بجزء كبير من المبلغ المسروق بمنزل أحد أقاربه، حيث شكل موضوع حجز بعد إجراء التفتيشات اللازمة.
هذا، وأكد البلاغ، على أنه تم الاحتفاظ بالمشتبه بهما تحت تدابير الحراسة النظرية من أجل حاجيات البحث والتقديم، وذلك بالتنسيق مع النيابة العامة المختصة، كما تم إسترجاع الضحية للمبلغ المالي فيما يبقى البحث متواصلا في النازلة.
