بالأرقام.. الخاسر الخفي في حرب هواوي


لا يزال "زالزال هواوي" يحبس أنفاس العالم، ويثير تساؤلات عدة بشأن آفاق الصراع الاقتصادي والتكنولوجي، لاسيما بعد خطوة شركة "غوغل" الأخيرة، حين أعلنت الشركة الأميركية قبل أيام، تقييد سبل الوصول إلى البرمجيات التي تنتجها، خاصة على هواتف "هواوي"

خطوة "غوغل" جاءت امتثالا لأمر تنفيذي أميركي يفرض عقوبات على "هواوي" لكونها تمثل "تهديدا أمنيا"، بعد مزاعم تتحدث عن صلاتها بالجيش والحكومة.

والأربعاء اكتسب الصراع أبعادا أخرى حين أعلنت الشركة الصينية العملاقة للتكنولوجيا أنها ستلجأ إلىالقضاء الأميركي المستعجل لإبطال تشريع يمنع الوكالات الفيدرالية الأميركية من شراء منتجاتها.

وقال المسؤول القانوني في الشركة، سونغ ليوبينغ، في بيان أذاعه التلفزيون الصيني إن "القانون يقرر بشكل مباشر بأن هواوي مذنبة ويفرض عليها عدداً كبيراً من القيود".

ويأتي رفع هذه القضية أمام القضاء الأميركي في الوقت الذي تواجه فيه هواوي، إضافة إلى القانون السابق الذكر، أمراً تنفيذياً أصدره الرئيس دونالد ترامب، فرض بموجبه حظراً أوسع نطاقاً على منتجاتها.

والأمر التنفيذي الذي تضمن مهلة 90 يوماً قبل البدء بتطبيقه يمنع استخدام معدات هواوي فيالولايات المتحدة ويدرجها على اللائحة الأميركية للشركات التي تمثّل خطراً ويُمنع بيعها معدّات تكنولوجية خشية استفادة بكين منها لغايات تجسّسية، عدا عن مزاعم بشأن الالتفاف على العقوبات الأميركية على 

لكن أرقاما جديدة تشير، في مفارقة مثيرة للانتباه، إلى أن الشركات الأميركية ستكون على رأس الخاسرين من إدراج هواوي ضمن القائمة السوداء.

ومن المؤكد أن تتضرر 1200 شركة أميركية تستخدم تقنيات هواوي من قرار إدارة ترامب، وفقا لكبير المسؤولين القانونيين في الشركة الصينية.

كما تأثر عشرات الآلاف من الوظائف في الولايات المتحدة، إلى جانب التسبب في أضرار كبيرة لعملاء الشركة الذين يستخدمون منتجاتها وخدماتها في 170 دولة.

حديث يتماشى مع تقرير جديد لمؤسسة "تكنولوجيا المعلومات والابتكار" الأميركية الذي تحدث بالأرقام عن الخسائر، ذكر أن فرض القيود على هواوي، يكبد الشركات الأميركية خسائر من عائدات التصدير بنحو 56 مليار دولار.

إضافة إلى أنه يضع أكثر من 7 آلاف وظيفة في خطر على مدى السنوات الخمس المقبلة.
