التويزي يفضح لوبيات قطاع الصحة وسماسرة سيارات الإسعاف أمام الدكالي

حول تجاوزات المصحات الخاصة بالمملكة، ساءل المستشار البرلماني أحمد التويزي عن فريق الأصالة والمعاصرة، وزير الصحة أنس الدكالة، وذلك خلال جلسة الأسئلة الشفوية المنعقدة يومه الثلاثاء 28 ماي 2019 بمجلس المستشارين.
وقال التويزي على أن مجموعة من المصحات الخاصة المنتشرة بمختلف مدن المملكة تعرف عددا من المشاكل وترتكب الكثير من التجاوزات، مستغلة ضعف الخدمات المقدمة بالمستشفيات العمومية، وغير آبهة لجيوب للمواطنين.
وفي هذا السياق، أشار التويزي إلى وجود لوبيات تتحكم في قطاع الصحة، وذلك من أجل انعاش عدد من المصحات الخاصة، مشيرا في هذا الباب إلى سيارات الإسعاف من حيث تواطئها مع تلك المصحات، وذلك كما أشار موقع مراكش 7 ضمن مواده السابقة التي تناول فيها موضوع تحول سائقي هذا النوع من السيارات الى سماسرة للمصحات.
وطالب التويزي في سؤاله بضرورة تفعيل العقوبات الزجرية في حق المصحات الخاصة التي تم ضبطها وهي تخرق القانون، وذلك انطلاقا من تفعيل أدوار لجان المراقبة التابعة لوزارة الصحة، وهو الشيء الذي أكد عليه وزير الصحة في جوابه، والذي أشار فيه إلى انه يتعامل مع أي شكاية او تجاوز ورد في هذا الباب.
