سبع نقاط تناقشها الدورة الاستثنائية لمجلس جهة مراكش اسفي
تعقد يوم الاثنين المقبل 20 ماي 2019، بمقر مجلس جهة مراكش اسفي، دورة استثنائية لمجلس الجهة برئاسة أحمد اخشيشن، سيتم خلالها مناقشة سبع نقاط أساسية.
ووفق جدول الأعمال الذي أعلن عنه المجلس فان النقاط السبع هي:
1- عرض مشروع اتفاقية شراكة بين جهة مراكش أسفي والغرفة الفرنسية للتجارة والصناعة بالمغرب حول تهيئة وإنعاش وتسويق وتدبير المجمع التكنولوجي بجماعة حربيل للمناقشة والمصادقة؛
2- عرض مشروع إحداث ”شركة التنمية الجهوية: المنصات الصناعية اللوجستيكية مراكش أسفي” ومشروع قانونها الأساسي للمناقشة والمصادقة؛
3- عرض مشروع اتفاقية شراكة خاصة بتنمية وتأهيل القطاع الصحي العمومي بجهة مراكش أسفي للمناقشة والمصادقة (اتفاقية متفرعة عن الاتفاقية الإطار الخاصة بالبرنامج الجهوي لتحسين الولوج للخدمات الأساسية والموقعة أمام أنظار صاحب الجلالة نصره الله سنة 2011 (؛
4- عرض مشروع اتفاقية شراكة بين جهة مراكش أسفي وكتابة الدولة المكلفة بالقطاع السياحي حول انجاز مشروع فضاء للمعارض وقصر المؤتمرات بجهة مراكش أسفي للمناقشة والمصادقة؛
5- عرض مشروع مذكرة تفاهم بين مدينة مدريد (المملكة الاسبانية)، المجلس الجماعي لمراكش وجهة مراكش أسفي للمناقشة والمصادقة؛
6- عرض مشروع مقرر يقضي باقتناء البقعة الأرضية المتواجدة بجماعة حربيل للمناقشة والمصادقة؛
7- عرض مشروع مقرر يقضي بالحصول على خط اعتماد (Ligne de Crédit) من طرف صندوق التجهيز الجماعي لفائدة جهة مراكش أسفي لتمويل بعض مشاريع برنامج التنمية الجهوية ومشاريع برنامج تقليص الفوارق الاجتماعية للمناقشة والمصادقة.
