إعتقال مستشار جماعي رفقة موظف و3 أشخاص بتهمة تزوير شهادة إدارية باليوسفية
علم موقع مراكش 7، أن رجال الدرك الملكي لمركز رأس العين بإقليم اليوسفية عملوا على اعتقال 5 أشخاص، وذلك بتهمة تزوير شهادة إدارية تتعلق ببقعة أرضية تتواجد على مستوى جماعة الطياميم بذات الجماعة.
وحسب مصادرنا، فالعملية هاته جاءت بناء على أوامر النيابة العامة بابتدائية مدينة اليوسفية، وذلك بعدما الاشتباه في تورط مستشار جماعي وموظف بجماعة الطياميم و3 أشخاص في عملية تزوير شهادة إدارية خاصة ببقعة أرضية تبلغ مساحة مهمة.
وجاء اكتشاف هذا التزوير بناء على شكاية تقدم بها أحد المواطنين من ذوي حقوق تلك البقعة، حيث تم فتح تحقيق في الواقعة، من طرف قيادة رأس العين ورجال درك المنطقة، ليتم التأكد من كون أن الأمر يتعلق بعملية تزوير.
هذا، وقد تم اعتقال الخمسة ووضعهم رهن الحراسة النظرية، وذلك إلى حين تقديمهم الى النيابة العامة المختصة لاتمام التحقيق معهم في المنسوب إليهم.
