يخوض العشرات من مستخدمي فندق بحي جليز بمراكش، منذ ثلاثة أسابيع، اعتصاما مفتوحا أمام مقر المؤسسة، تنديدا بالأوضاع المزرية التي يعيشونها في عملهم وغياب حقوقهم المشروعة.
وأكد عدد من العمال في تصريحات لموقع "مراكش 7" أن ادارة الفندق تحاول محاربة العمل النقابي بجميع الطرق التعسفية، كعدم صرف المستحقات والتوقيف المؤقت عن العمل والطرد التعسفي في بعض الأحيان، وذلك بهدف منعهم من المطالبة بحقوقهم المشروعة مثل الضمان الاجتماعي والتعويضات عن حوادث الشغل وغيرها.
في المقابل رفض مدير المؤسسة الفندقية الادلاء لموقعنا بأي تصريح في الموضوع، بعدما اتصلنا به هاتفيا.
