الوكالة الحضرية لمراكش تعقد أشغال الدورة 19 لمجلسها الاداري
احتضن مقر ولاية جهة مراكش اسفي، صباح اليوم الاثنين 29 ابريل، أشغال الدورة التاسعة عشرة المجلس الإداري الوكالة الحضرية بمراكش، بحضور رئيس المجلس الإداري ووالي جهة مراكش اسفي وعمال اقاليم الحوز وشيشاوة وكافة أعضاء المجلس الإداري.
وفي مستهل كلمته الافتتاحية، أبرز رئيس المجلس الإداري المناخ الذي ينعقد فيه هذا الاجتماع والذي يتميز بمواصلة بناء المشروع الديموقراطي الحداثي وترسيخ مبادىء الحكامة الجيدة، فيما اكد والي الجهة على الاهتمام الخاص الذي يوليه الملك محمد السادس لمدينة مراكش، واشرافه على إعطاء انطلاقة انجاز العديد من المشاريع التنموية الكبرى بالمدينة العتيقة لمراكش وصيانة وضمان واستدامة الموروث التاريخي العريق، والرقي بالمستوى الاقتصادي والاجتماعي وتطوير مؤشرات التنمية المستدامة، إضافة إلى تعزيز مكانة المدينة الحمراء كوجهة سياحية عالمية.
وبعد المصادقة على محضر الدورة السابقة، تناول الكلمة خالد وية مدير الوكالة الحضرية لمراكش، الذي ذكر بالاطار المرجعي المعتمد في برنامج عمل هذه الوكالة المتمثل في تنفيذ توجيهات السياسة البريد للملك محمد السادس، وتنزيل مضامين البرنامج الحكومي المحدد للاستراتيجيات الكبرى في قطاع التعمير، وكذا التطبيق الأمثل لمختلف الاتفاقيات الإطار والمشاريع التنموية بتنسيق مع والي الجهة وكافة الشركاء. مشيرا أن سنة 2018 تميزت لاحتضان مراكش العديد من المحطات التنموية الهامة التي يبقى من ابرزها التوقيع بتاريخ 14 ماي 2018، على اتفاقية تثمين برنامج المدينة العتيقة لمراكش 2018/ 2022، وذلك امام انظار الملك محمد السادس بالرباط، والزيارة المولوية الى مدينة مراكش وترأس جلالته حفل تقديم التدابير المتخذة لانجاز المشاريع المتدرجة في إطار برنامج تثمين المدينة العتيقة لمراكش.
وبعد ذلك قدم المدير عرضا مفصلا حول أنشطة الوكالة الحضرية خلال سنة 2018، والمتمثلة في مواكبة انجاز المخطط المديري للتهيئة العمرانية لمراكش الكبرى ومواصلة تغطية مجالها الترابي بوثائق التعمير، مع الحرص على الرفع من جودة المهد الخضري والاطار المبني والنهوض بالعالم القروي وتحسين الظروف المعيشية للساكنة وتأهيل المجالات الترابية.
كما تم ابراز الجهود المبذولة على مستوى التدبير الحضري من خلال اعتماد مقاربة تتوخى المرونة والفعالية وتبسيط مساطردراسة الملفات ومواكبة المستثمرين، واحترام الخصوصيات العمرانية والمعمارية مع ايلاء أهمية كبرى للبعد البيئي والتنمية المستدامة.
