عبدالحق البكوري: الهجرة الدولية والتنمية تستأثران باهتمام كبير من لدن المنظمات الدولية
قال عبدالحق البكوري، مدير المركز الجامعي للدراسات الهجرة بجامعة محمد الأول بوجدة، "اٍن الهجرة الدولية والتنمية تستأثران باهتمام كبير من لدن المنظمات الدولية، كالأمم المتحدة، التي أوصت من خلال الحوار الذي أطلقته في نيويورك شهر نونبر سنة 2013 الدول التي تستقطب المهاجرين بإدراج ظاهرة الهجرة ضمن سياساتها العمومية."
وأضاف عبد الحق البكوري أن المركز الجامعي لدراسات الهجرة يسهم بمعية شركائه في بحث السبل الناجعة لظاهرة الهجرة، وجعلها رافعة للتنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والتنوع الثقافي، انطلاقا من الرؤية المتبصرة لدراسة إشكالية الهجرة الدولية والتنمية وبحث سبل إرساء نظام جديد لها.
كلمة البكوري، جاءت بمناسبة تأطيره ندوة علمية حول موضوع "الهجرة وعلاقتها بالتنمية في ظل التحديات والبحث عن الحلول"، أمس الاربعاء بمنطقة بني ملال، كان الغرض منها،دراسة ظاهرة الهجرة الدولية وانعكاساتها على المغرب بشكل عام وجهة بني ملال- خنيفرة بشكل خاص، مع إبراز جهود المملكة المغربية في هذا الشأن.
