مشاريع تنميّة الحوز تحرّك بنشيخي نحو عدد من الجماعات+صور
قام عامل إقليم الحوز رشيد بنشيخي، أمس الأربعاء، بزيارة تفقدية لمجموعة من المشاريع التنموية، وكانت أولى هذه المحطات جماعة تمصلوحت، حيث وقف على مشروع بناء منشأة فنية على الطريق الاقليمية 2009، المندرجة في إطار برنامج تقليص الفوارق المجالية و الاجتماعية بتكلفة إجمالية تقدر 1.5 مليون درهم، ثم زيارة تفقدية لمركز جماعة تمصلوحت.
كما وقف بنشيخي خلال نفس الزيارة، على مشروع بناء مركز الصناعة التقليدية بمنطقة تمصلوحت، ويعد هذا المشروع ثمرة تعاون بين المجلس الاقليمي وجماعة سيدي بدهاج وصندوق الجماعات السلالية، بتكلفة مالية تبلغ حوالي مليون و278 الف درهم، ويروم دعم وتطوير قدرات الصناع التقليديين والنهوض بهذا القطاع.
وواصل عامل الاقليم زيارته الميدانية رفقة رئيس المجلس الاقليمي، وبحضور المصالح المعنية، والمصالح التقنية بالعمالة ورئيس بلدية امزميز، وقام بزيارة تفقدية لتجزئة "الريحان" التابعة لمجموعة "العمران"، حيث أن هذه التجزئة السكنية تضم سوق أسبوعي نمودجي على مساحة 6 هكتارات، ومجموعة من المرافق التابعة له، سيتم بنائها وفقا للمعايير الوطنية التي تراعي السلامة والجودة.
كما تم تفقد عدد من المشاريع المنجزة في إطار شراكة بين المجلس الاقليمي، والجماعة الحضرية، ومجلس جهة مراكش اسفي، وتضم مسبح بلدي يتكلفة تقدر 5 ملايين درهم،و مركز الشباب و الطفل بحوالي 940 الف درهم.
وزار بنشيخي أيضا، مركز الصناعة التقليدية الذي تم انجازه بمبلغ 7 ملايين و 300 الف درهم، بمساهمة بين المجلس الاقليمي و غرفة الصناعة التقليدية والجماعة الترابية امزميز ووزارة السياحة والنقل الجوي والصناعة التقليدية والاقتصاد، وتم الوقوف خلال هذه الزيارة على ورش بناء مركز تقوية قدرات النساء، ورش بناء مقطع الطريق الاقليمية 2022 الرابطة بين امزميز و دار الجامع على طول 18 كلم بتكلفة مالية 7 ملايين درهم في اطار برنامج تقليص الفوارق المجالية.
تحرك عامل اقليم الحوز، الذي يأتي فطار الزيارات الميدانية التي يقوم بها لتفقد انجاز المشاريع التنموية، شمل أيضا، زيارة تفقدية لمركز حفط الصحة، وزيارة قنطرة منجزة على واد النفيس على الطريق الاقليمية 2022.
و بالمنسبة، دعا رشيد بنشيخي، عامل اقليم الحوز، رؤساء المصالح الخارجية إلى مواكبة المشاريع تقنيا، وتذليل جميع الصعاب، وتخطي كل ما من شانه عرقلة السير العادي لإتمام هذه المشاريع النموذجية.
وكانت منطقة ويركان، من بين المحطات التي زاره بنشيخي، من أجل الوقوف على ورش بناء الطريق الرابطة بين "ماريغة" و "تيزي اوسم" على طول 17.8 كلم، بمبلغ مالي ناهز 39 مليون درهم، المنجزة في اطار برنامج التأهيل الترابي. كما تمت زيارة سد يعقوب المنصور بذات المنطقة.
وتعد هذه الزيارة الميدانية التي قام بها بنشيخي، لجميع المشاريع التنموية بالإقليم، وسيلة وآلية للرقابة الادارية والتتبع الميداني لمتابعة اٍنجاز المشاريع.
