وجاء في التفاصيل، ان عناصر الدرك المكي بتمصولحت، شنت، قبل لحظات، حملة أمنية بالمنطقة استهدفت المناطق المشبوهة، حيث آثار انتباهم تحركات شخص في وضعية غير طبيعية، الأمر الذي استدعى التدخل من أجل التحقيق في الأمر، لتكتشف العناصر ان الاخير مروج للمخدرات، وفي محاولة لاعتقاله، هاجم "البزنس" أحد الدركيين، وعرض حياته للخطر بعد ان أصابه بسكين حاد، وتسبب له في جروح متفاوتة الخطوة، ما استدعى نقله على وجه السرعة المستشفى لتلقي العلاجات الضرورية، ووصفت حالته بالخطيرة.
وبامر من النيابة العامة المختصة بمراكش، تم وضع بالضنين رهن تدابير الحراسة النظرية، لتعميق البحث معه قبل عرضه على محكمة الاستئناف بمراكش.
