ستحضن مراكش ايام 23 و24 مارس2019 . مناظرة وطنية لفعاليات جمعيات المجتمع المدني في نسختها الثالثة . حول موضوع : "المشروع التنموي الجديد . دليل التنمية " لإنخراط الجميع من اجل التفكير في صياغة مقاربة وطنية للنهوض بمتطلبات هذا المشروع التنموي الجديد.
وفي خطاب جلالة الملك محمد السادس لإفتتاح الولاية التشريعية العاشرة للبرلمان في أكتوبر 2018 أكد جلالته ، أن (النموذج التنموي للمملكة أصبح غير قادر على تلبية احتياجات المواطن المغربي وأن "المغاربة اليوم يحتاجون إلى التنمية المتوازنة والمنصفة التي تضمن الكرامة للجميع وتوفر الدخل وفرص الشغل، وخاصة للشباب، وتساهم في الاطمئنان والاستقرار والاندماج في الحياة المهنية والعائلية والاجتماعية، التي يطمح إليها كل مواطن؛ كما يتطلعون إلى تعميم التغطية الصحية وتسهيل ولوج الجميع إلى الخدمات الاستشفائية الجيدة في إطار الكرامة الإنسانية).وقد سبق ان ثم تنظيم مناظرة إقليمية بمراكش للشأن المحلي في نسختها الأولى يوم : 13 مارس 2017 والتي لقيت نجاحا كبيرا لحجم المشاركين فيها الذين تجاوزوا 254جمعية محلية . خلصت الى اصدار توصيات انبثقت عن الورشات التي عرفتها هذه المناظرة . ونظمت مناظرة ثانية للشأن الجهوي يوم 18 مارس 2018 عرفت حضور الوزير المنتدب لدى رئيس الحكومة المكلف بالعلاقات مع البرلمان والمجتمع المدني ذ مصطفى الخلفي . وممثلي مختلف القطاعات الحكومية محليا وجهويا ، خلصت الى اصدار توصيات منبثقة عن 21 ورشة ، وعرفت حضور مايناهز 897 جمعية للمجتمع المدني على صعيد جهة مراكش أسفي . إضافة الى المنظمين والمشرفين والمؤطرين ، ومن المحتمل ان تعرف هذه الدورة الثالثة ما يفوق 1000 جمعية للمجتمع المدني من مختلف مدن المملكة المغربية . وحضور مسؤولين مركزيين لقطاعات حكومية . ومسؤولين جهويين ومحليين إداريين وعموميين ، وأساتذة باحثين ومتخصصين في الشأن التنموي . وفاعلين اعلاميين مركزيين وجهويين ومحليين . كما ستعرف هذه الدورة 3 دورات تكوينية لفائدة جمعيات المجتمع المدني ، وستعرف تنظيم ورشات ، (تهم المشروع التنموي الجديد، وتعزيز اللحمة الإجتماعية ، بغية توفير مناخ يتيح تحقيق نمو اقتصادي أسرع يسمح بخلق فرص شغل أكثر لضمان ظروف معيشية أحسن للمواطن ، ومنح الأمل بمستقبل أفضل لشبابه الطموح)
