واستنكر البلاغ النقص الحاد في الموارد البشرية، وغياب أوراق تحديد المهام، وغياب الإمكانيات اللازمة لمسايرة وتيرة الإنتاج المرتفعة، مما يؤدي إلى عدم احترام المعايير المهنية المتعارف عليها.
وأضاف البلاغ أن الإدارة اختارت التعاقد بعقود مؤقتة بالمناولة بدعوى "الاختيار الاستراتيجي"، في خرق سافر للقانون، وتكريس للهشاشة الاجتماعية والمهنية، مبرزا أن اللجوء إلى العقود المؤقتة بات يشكل القاعدة وليس الاستثناء، وأصبح يكشف التباسا في رؤية التشغيل على حساب ذوي الحقوق.
ويطالب مهنيو "ميدي1" بالحل النهائي لمشكل الجدول الزمني (Planning) لأصحاب الفترة الصباحية، والذي وعدت الإدارة بتقديم حل له دون أن تفي بتعهدها رغم مرور أزيد من 3 أشهر، وتسوية ما تبقى من ملف الأجور أقل من 6000 درهم؛، و تعميم الاستفادة من الشهر 13، وإيجاد الحل الآني والعاجل للمشاكل العويصة التي يتخبط فيها مكتب الرباط عبر تأهيل فضاء ملائم للعمل ولاستضافة الضيوف، وحل إشكالية التهوية شبه المنعدمة، وتوفير فضاء لائق للتغذية، وتمتيع العاملين بمنحة وجبة الغداء إسوة بالمعمول به في طنجة، وتأمين التنقل من وإلى الرباط وتمارة.
