النقابي غزالي يوضح لمراكش 7 أسباب الاحتقان بمستشفى السعادة للأمراض العقلية
نظمت النقابة الوطنية للصحة العمومية بمراكش، وقفة احتجاجية يوم أمس الخميس 21 فبراير 2019، أمام المندوبية الاقليمية للصحة بمراكش، وذلك للتنديد بتدهور اوضاع مستشفى الأمراض العقلية السعادة.
وتأتي هاته الوقفة الاحتجاجية، التي عرفت مشاركة الاتحاد المحلي والجهوي للنقابة الوطنية للصحة العمومية العضو المؤسس للفدرالية الديمقراطية للشغل بمراكش، في سياق التنديد بالأوضاع الكارثية التي يعيشها المرضى والأطر الطبية بمستشفى السعادة للأمراض العقلية جراء غياب أدنى الشروط الصحية، والتغذية، والنقص الحاد في الأدوية….
وطالب المحتجون في هاته الوقفة، بضرورة تحسين الشروط الصحية للمرضى والمستخدمين بالمستشفى، محملين مسؤولية تدهور تلك الأوضاع الى كل من المديرة الجهوية للصحة، والمندوب الإقليمي.
وندد المحتجون بالآذان الصماء التي ينهجها المسؤولين بالقطاع الصحي بالوزارة، رغم تصاعد الاحتجاجات والمطالب بضرورة إعادة النظر في تدبير المستشفى الذي تم تدشينه وتجهيزه بمبادرة من طرف الملك محمد السادس.
وفي تصريح للنقابي صلاح الدين غزالي عضو المجلس الوطني للنقابة الوطنية للصحة، على أن مستشفى السعادة للأمراض العقلية، يشهد عدة اختلالات تهدد اطره ونزلائه، وخاصة فيما يتعلق بتصدع جدرانه وتشقق أسقفه، وذلك بشكل يسمح بتسرب المياه، وقد ينهار فوق من يتواجد أسفله، هذا ناهيك عن مشاكل أخرى تتعلق بمجموعة من الخدمات التي تتوفر بهاته المؤسسة، كالتغذية والنظافة…
وقال غزالي في ذات تصريحه لموقع مراكش 7، على أن النقابة عقدت عدة اجتماعات مع المدير الجهوي السابق للصحة بمراكش، من أجل ايجاد حل للمشاكل التي يتخبط فيها مستشفى السعادة، وخاصة في ما يتعلق ببنايته المهترئة، وكذا بناء غرفة عازلة وتوفير وسائل لثتبيت المرضى المهيجين، إضافة الى توفير الاطر الطبية الكافية، عوض تكديسها في مؤسسات صحية عمومية أخرى، معظم مصالحها معطلة….
وأضاف نفس المتحدث، على أنه انعقد اجتماع مؤخرا مع المندوب الاقليمي الحالي للصحة، لتنصدم النقابة بكون المندوبية لا تتوفر على الاعتمادات الكافية لتنفيذ ما تم الخروج به في الاجتماعات السابقة مع المدير الجهوي السابق، وهو ما يعني أن ازمة مستشفى الأمراض العقلية ستستمر في ظل تجاهل الجهات المعنية لوضعه ذاك، إلى حين حصول كارثة.
