استقبل الملك محمد السادس، اليوم الاثنين بالقصر الملكي بالرباط، الولاة والعمال الجدد بالإدارتين الترابية والمركزية.

ومن بين العمال الذين تم تعيينهم، عمر التويمي، عامل اقليم الحوز، الذي تم تنقيله الى عمالة سلا.

وكان مراكش7، سباقا الى نشر خبر تنقيل العامل الجديد على عمالة سلا، عقب اختتام اشغال المجلس الوزاري الذي ترأس أشغاله الملك محمد السادس بالقصر الملكي بمراكش، والذي عرف تعيين عدد من السفراء.

 وولد عمر التويمي، الذي عينه الملك محمد السادس، عاملا على عمالة سلا، بتاريخ 14 شتنبر 1970 بالعرائش.و عمر التويمي حاصل على الدكتوراه في القانون العام وخريج المعهد الملكي للإدارة الترابية.

وقد عين بعد تخرجه من المعهد الملكي للإدارة الترابية سنة 2001، قائدا بالمديرية العامة للشؤون الداخلية بالإدارة المركزية لوزارة الداخلية، ثم قائدا بعمالة الرباط سنة 2002، فقائدا رئيسا لديوان عامل عمالة سلا سنة 2003، قبل أن تتم ترقيته، سنة 2006 إلى منصب رئيس دائرة، رئيس قسم بمديرية الولاة بالإدارة المركزية لوزارة الداخلية.

وبتاريخ 27 ماي 2010، رقي عمر التويمي إلى منصب كاتب عام لعمالة مقاطعات الدار البيضاء -أنفا، لينتقل بنفس الصفة إلى عمالة الصخيرات -تمارة في 25 فبراير 2015.

وقد حظي عمر التويمي بالثقة السامية لصاحب الجلالة الملك محمد السادس، حيث عينه، عاملا على إقليم الحوز، بتاريخ 6 فبراير 2016. وبتاريخ 07 فبراير 2019، حظي عمر التويمي مجددا بثقة جلالة الملك فعينه عاملا على عمالة سلا.
