فصل جديد من محاكمة خلية الدعارة في قضية المغني الخليجي المنهالي
أرجأت الغرفة الجنائية لمحكمة الاستئناف في مراكش، ملف محاكمة شبكة الدعارة في قضية المغني الاماراتي عيضة المنهالي، إلى يوم 26 فبراير الجاري.
ويتابع في هذه القضية، ثلاثة أشخاص في حالة اعتقال، متهمين "بالاتجار بالبشر". وقد تم القبض على هؤلاء الأفراد بعد مداهمة عناصر الشرطة لفيلا فاخرة بحي النخيل، شهر شتنبر الماضي.
وكانت العملية قد أسفرت عن اعتقال أزيد من 45 شخص، من بينهم 12 مواطنا خليجيا، كان برفقتهم المغني الإماراتي عيضة المنهالي، وتم الافراج عنهم فيما بعد بكفالة قدرها 22 ألف درهم لكل منهم. كما تم إلقاء القبض على 32 فتاة ويجري محاكمتهم في حالة السراح المؤقت.
