أعلنت الشركة المكلفة بتدبير مجمع " M Avenue"، عن اطلاق عملية التسويق لهذا المشروع العقاري الذي يشتمل على مجمع سكني وتجاري ومركز معارض مساحته 3000 متر مربع ومصحة وفنادق.

ومبدئيا، يتوقع انهاء الجزء الكبير من أشغال هذا المشروع سنة 2019، وقد تم تفويت تدبير المجمع لشركة AMS – Aswaq Management & Services Africa، الشريك الرئيسي ل M Avenue منذ نشأة هذا المشروع.

الهدف الرئيسي من هذا المركب الأول من نوعه بمراكش هو تعزيز الديناميكية والجاذبية الشاملة للمدينة الحمراء، مع الحفاظ على التوازن التجاري بها، وسيساعد دخول علامات تجارية جديدة على تطوير مفاهيم جديدة للأعمال.
