وفاة أستاذ بمراكش يحرم العديد من التلاميذ من مادة الفيزياء… وحقوقيون يدخلون على الخط

وجهت الجمعية المغربية لحقوق الإنسان فرع المنارة مراكش، مراسلة إلى كل من مدير الأكاديمية الجهوية للتربية والتكوين لجهة مراكش أسفي، والمدير الإقليمي لوزارة التربية الوطنية والتكوين بمراكش، وذلك بشأن حرمان مجموعة من تلامذة بثانوية تأهيلية، من حصص مادتي الفيزياء والرياضيات. وذكرت الجمعية، أنه بلغ الى علمها حرمان العديد من تلامذة هاته الثانوية من متابعة الدروس في مادة العلوم الفيزيائية (الجذوع الأولى) ، وذلك قبل وفاة الأستاذ المشرف على المادة، نظرا لإدلائه بعدة شواهد طبية وبعد وفاة الاستاذ كذلك، حيث لم تتمكن المصالح المسؤولة للمديرية الإقليمية من تعويض الخصاص في مادة الفيزياء بالإضافة كذلك إلى الخصاص في مادة الرياضيات حيث تمت تغطية الخصاص بأستاذ للسلك الإعدادي.
وحملت الجمعية المغربية لحقوق الإنسان فرع المنارة مراكش، المصالح المشرفة عن تدبير الخصاص بالمديرية الإقليمية للتربية و التكوين، مسؤولية هدر الزمن المدرسي و حرمان العديد من التلاميذ من مادتي الرياضيات و الفيزياء، مطالبة باعتماد مقاربة جادة مبنية على معالجة كل الثعترات المرافقة للعملية التعليمية و التعلمية على مدار الموسم الدراسي.
وشددت الجمعية، في مراسلتها كذلك، على ضرورة اعتماد مقاربة استشرافية وتخطيط مرفوق بآليات وإجراءات للتعاطي مع المشاكل بما فيها الطارئة، وذلك لتجاوز اي نقص اوخلل قد يمس المرفق العمومي ويعرقل النهوض به، مع تنصيصها على ضرورة تغليب المصلحة الفضلى للتلاميذ وتمكينهم من حقهم المشروع من دراسة كل المواد حسب الجدول الزمني المخصص لها.
وأكدت الجمعية على أهمية مادتي الرياضيات و الفيزياء باعتبارهما مواد أساسية، مطالبة الأكاديمية الجهوية والمديرية الإقليمية بالتدخل على وجه السرعة بتعيين استاذين من أجل مواكبة السير العادي للدروس، حفاظا على المصلحة الفضلى للتلميذ وصونا لحقه المشروع في التعليم، المكفول دستوريا ووفق الشرعة الدولية لحقوق الانسان.
