هذه الاتفاقية تهدف إلى تعزيز علاقات التعاون بين الطرفين الموقعين عليها في مجالات التكوين والتكوين المستمر لفائدة المتعاونات، وتبادل الخبرات والتجارب، وكذا تنظيم رحالات في اطار السياحة التضامنية للنهوض بالمرأة القروية."
