أعلنت الشركة الأمريكية " Marriott International " عن اختيار مدينة مراكش من أجل انشاء سلسلة فنادقها الجديدة بالمغرب، والتي من المنتظر أن يتم انطلاقها سنة 2024.
وستطلق "ماريوت" منتجع "سانت ريجيس" مراكش، الذي سيكون جزءًا من منتجع "أسوفيد غولف" وسيضم 80 غرفة وفيلات فاخرة. ويقع المنتجع بالقرب من نادي للغولف مكون من 18 حفرة ، ويعتبر واحدًا من أفضل النوادي في أفريقيا. حيث سيتم تطوير المجمع من قبل شركة العقارات المتحدة (URC).
للشارة فان "ماريوت إنترناشيونال" تمتلك حاليا 30 فندقاً وأكثر من 10 الاف غرفة في شمال أفريقيا . وتعتزم المجموعة، التي تستضيف تسع ماركات من ماريوت العالمية، التوسع في مجموعة فنادقها بنسبة 60? بحلول نهاية عام 2024.
