الاسبوع المقبل آخر أجل لإثبات عقود زواج الفاتحة
دعت وزارة العدل الأزواج الذين “حالت أسباب قاهرة دون توثيق عقود زواجهم” إلى الإسراع بتقديم دعاوى ثبوت الزوجية أمام المحكمة المختصة قبل يوم الثلاثاء المقبل الذي يصادق الخامس من فبراير، والذي تم التنصيص عليه كآخر أجل لإثبات الزوجية للحالات المذكورة.
وأشار بلاغ صادر عن وزارة العدل، إلى أن الإسراع بتقديم الطلبات أمام المحكمة المختصة قبل انقضاء الفترة الانتقالية من أشأنه “الحفاظ على حقوقهم وحقوق أطفالهم”.
ودعت الوزارة جميع القطاعات المعنية ومنظمات المجتمع المدني ووسائل الإعلام إلى “القيام بدورها في تذكير المواطنين المعنيين بهذه المقتضيات القانونية والتحسيس بها بكل الوسائل الممكنة خدمة للأسرة المغربية والصالح العام”، على حد تعبيرها.
وشدد البلاغ على أنه “من المعلوم أن المادة 16 من مدونة الأسرة جعلت وثيقة عقد الزواج الوسيلة المقبولة لإثبات الزواج، وفتحت المجال لفترة زمنية انتقالية محدودة للمواطنين الذين حالت أسباب قاهرة دون توثيق عقود زواجهم لتقديم دعاوى ثبوت الزوجية أمام المحكمة المختصة”.
