الحكم على شقيقين مغربيين بألمانيا بـ 5 سنوات سجنا لانتمائهما لـ داعش
حكمت إحدى محاكم دوسلدورف في ألمانيا، على شخص من أصل مغربي بعد عودته من مناطق تنظيم الدولة الإسلامية في سورية بالسجن مدة خمسة أعوام وثلاثة أشهر بتهمة الانتماء للتنظيم.
كما حكمت المحكمة على أخيه الأكبر سنا (36 عاما) بالسجن ثلاثة أعوام ونصف، بتهمة الإعداد لأعمال عنف جسيمة تهدد كيان الدولة الألمانية.
وقال متحدث باسم المحكمة العليا في دوسلدورف اليوم الخميس إن الحكمين نافذان.
كان الأخوان شاركا في القتال ضمن صفوف ميليشيا جبهة النصرة وتنظيم داعش الإرهابيين بالأراضي السورية وعادا إلى ألمانيا عام 2016.
كان الادعاء العام طالب بتطبيق عقوبة السجن لمدة سبعة أعوام على أحدهما وأربعة على الآخر.
يعيش الأخوان ببلدة "باد مونسترأيفل" بالقرب من مدينة بون الألمانية.
