أبرز 10 مهمات فضائية في تاريخ البشرية
يشهد العالم الكثير من المهمات الفضائية التي تتنافس من خلالها الدول، إلا أن بعض المهمات الكبيرة بقيت محفورة في التاريخ، بعد أن أظهرت إلى أي حد يمكن للإنسان أن يذهب لاكتشاف أغوار الكون.
وقدم موقع "بوبلار ميكانيكس" أبرز 10 مهمات فضائية في تاريخ البشرية:
1- مهمة "سبوتنيك 1": أول قمر اصطناعي يسبح في الفضاء، أطلقه الاتحاد السوفيتي يوم 4 أكتوبر عام 1957. وكان إطلاق هذا القمر بداية لسباق الفضاء بين القوتين (الاتحاد السوفيتي والولايات المتحدة الأميركية).
2- مهمة "فوستوك 1": أول مركبة فضاء تخرج من الغلاف الجوي للأرض، وتحمل على متنها رواد فضاء، بقيادة الرائد يوري غاغارين. وكان ذلك يوم 12 أبريل 1961.
3- مهمة "أبولو 11": هي الأولى من نوعها التي تقود الإنسان للنزول على سطح القمر. وجرت يوم 20 يوليو 1969.
4- مهمة "أبولو 13": هي مركبة فضائية أميركية، أرسلت في 11 أبريل 1970 للقيام بمهمة استطلاعية والهبوط على سطح القمر.
5- مهمة "إس تي إس-51-إل": هي الرحلة رقم 25 ضمن برنامج الفضاء الأميركي، جرت يوم 28 يناير 1986، وانتهت في أقل من 73 ثانية، بعد انفجار المكوك ووفاة جميع أفراد الطاقم.
6- مهمة "فوياجر 1": أول مسبار فضائي تم إطلاقه يوم 5 سبتمبر 1977 لتقديم صورة تفصيلية عن كوكبي المشتري وزحل.
7- مهمة "مارس باثفايندر": رحلة استكشافية لسطح المريخ، أطلقت في 4 ديسمبر 1996 من طرف وكالة "ناسا". كان الهدف منها دراسة وتحليل الغلاف الجوي للمريخ ومناخه وتركيبة الصخور فيه.
8- محطة الفضاء الدولية: بدأ بناؤها بموجب تعاون دولي بقيادة أميركا وروسيا عام 1998. وفي 2 نوفمبر 2000، وصل أول طاقم فضائي على متن المحطة الفضائية الدولية.
9- مهمة "كيبلر": هو مرصد فضائي تم إطلاقه، في مارس 2009، من طرف "ناسا" إلى الفضاء من أجل اكتشاف إذا ما كانت هناك حياة في مجرة درب التبانة.
10- مهمة "كاسيني-هويغنز": مشروع تعاون مشترك بين "ناسا" ووكالة الفضاء الأوروبية ووكالة الفضاء الإيطالية، لإرسال مسبارين لدراسة كوكب زحل ونظامه. دامت المهمة 20 عاما (من 1997 إلى 2017).
