وحسب مصادر اعلامية، يتابع الموظفون الثلاثة في حالة سراح بتهمتي اختلاس منقولات موضوعة تحت يد موظف عمومي، وتبديد منقولات اؤتمنوا عليها بصفتهم موظفين عموميين وذلك بسوء نية وبقصد الاضرار.
ويتابع حارسي الامن في هذا الملف، وهما في حالة اعتقال، وذلك بتهمة اخفاء أشياء متحصل عليها من جناية، والمنصوص على عقوبتها في القانون الجنائي.
