إستفحال ظاهرة العربات المجرورة لبيع المأكولات الخفيفة بمراكش… من المسؤول ؟

وأنت تتجول في شوارع مراكش ، بدون شك سترى أشخاصا من مختلف الأعمار يقومون ببيع المأكولات الخفيفة في الهواء الطلق كالكفتة والنقانق “الصوصيص” في أماكن غير صالحة لعرض سلع سريعة التلف، بسبب انعدام النظافة.
هؤلاء الباعة يتوفرون على عربات مجرورة مصنوعة إما من الحديد وفي غالب الأحيان من الخشب، حجمها دائما ما يكون صغيرا أو متوسطا تتناسب وقدرة هؤلاء الباعة على الجر، يجهزون هذه العربات بأدوات الطبخ من سكاكين وصحون ومقال بأحجام مختلفة، بالإضافة إلى قارورة غاز، وكل ذلك من أجل تحضير الأكلة المطلوبة والتي تكون في الغالب عبارة عن “سندويشات” بأنواع مختلفة تهيئ من “الكبدة” و”الكفتة” إلى الدجاج باستعمالاته المتعددة، غير أن الطامة الكبرى هي أن هذه النقط غير المرخصة غالبا تنعدم فيها مواصفات السلامة، فالأكلات الخفيفة لدى أصحاب العربات تشكل خطرا على صحة متناوليها، وكثيرا ما نجمت عنها إغماءات أدت بهم الى قسم المستعجلات .
وفي كل هذا، يبقى السؤال إلى متى سيجد المسؤولون على إختلافهم ، حلا لهذه الظاهرة التي أصبحت تهدد حياة المراكشيين وزوار المدينة وخاصة السياح الأجانب على اختلاف ألسنتهم وألوانهم ، خاصة أنها تتزايد يوم بعد يوم، فكلما زادت العربات والمحلات العشوائية لبيع المأكولات الخفيفة، كلما زاد احتمال ارتفاع عدد الضحايا الذين يتعرضون للتسمم أو أمراض صحية خطيرة خاصة في الأحياء الشعبية التي تنبت فيها عربات بيع الأكلات الخفيفة السريعة كالفطر…/..
