قالت سفيرة النرويج بالمغرب، ميريث نيغارد أن بلدها لن تنشر أي تقرير يحذر المواطنين النرويجيين من السفر إلى المغرب، إثر جريمة القتل البشعة بمنطقة شمهاروش نواحي مراكش، والتي راحت ضحيتها سائحة نرويجية وصديقة لها من الدانمارك.
وأضافت السفيرة في تصريح لصحيفة VG النرويجية اليوم إنه لن يكون هناك أي تغيير في التقرير الذي تبعثه السفارة إلى وزارة الخارجية حول نصائح السفر إلى المغرب.
وكانت ميريث نيغارد، قد أمضت أكثر من عام ونصف بالمملكة المغربية، وأكدت ان تسلق الجبال خارج المدار الحضري قد يكون محفوفا بالمخاطر، لكنها شخصيا لم تحس أبدا بانعدام الأمن بالمغرب.
وأكدت السفيرة ان المغرب بلد امن وتقول دائما: “إن معظم الزيارات إلى المغرب تكون خالية من المشاكل. لكن وجب اتخاذ الحذر.”
وشددت السفيرة على أن السلطات النورويجية لن تقوم بأي تغيير على مستوى نصائح السفر إلى المغرب. “كل ما في الأمر، هو أننا سنشدد على ضرورة أخذ الإحتياطات، وتجنب السفر في المناطق غير الحضرية بدون مرشد سياحي،” تضيف نفس المتحدثة.
وقالت السفيرة إنه سبق لها أن زارت منطقة إمليل، حيث قتلت السائحة النرويجية رفقة صديقتها الدانماركية، مشيرة إلى أنها وجهة سياحية معروفة، يمكن فيها مزاولة رياضة المشي، كما يعتبر المكان غالبا نقطة انطلاقة مغامرات السياح النوريجيين.
