تمكنت المصلحة الإقليمية للشرطة القضائية بمدينة ورزازات بتنسيق مع نظيرتها بمدينة زاكورة، زوال اليوم الأربعاء 12 دجنبر، من توقيف خمسة أشخاص يشتبه في ارتباطهم بشبكة إجرامية تنشط في مجال الاتجار في المخدرات.
وأفاد بلاغ للمديرية العامة للأمن الوطني بأن هذه العملية نفذت بمنطقة "ركاب النتل" على بعد 25 كيلومترا من مدينة زاكورة، وأسفرت عن توقيف شخصين كانا على متن سيارة رباعية الدفع تحمل لوحات ترقيم مزيفة، وبحوزتهما 44 رزمة من المخدرات يناهز وزنها الإجمالي طنا و350 كيلوغراما من مخدر الحشيش، بالإضافة إلى مبلغ مالي يناهز 83 مليون سنتيم، يشتبه في كونه من عائدات تجارة المخدرات.
وأضاف البلاغ أنه تم أيضا توقيف ثلاثة أشخاص آخرين كانوا على متن سيارة خفيفة تسير في نفس الاتجاه يشتبه في ارتباطهم بنفس الشبكة الإجرامية، ويتمثل دورهم في مراقبة مسالك التهريب وتأمين الشحنات المخدرة المهربة.
