وحسب مصادر موقع "مراكش 7" فان الشخص يبلغ من العمر 35 سنة ويعمل في مجال الارشاد السياحي غير القانوني "فوكيد"، وهو من ذوي السوابق العدلية، ويعمل على ترويج مخدر الحشيش في صفوف السياح الأجانب بساحة جامع الفنا.
