قضت المحكمة الادارية بمدينة مراكش بتأجيل جلسة الفصل في قضية عزل رئيس جماعة الجبيلات التابعة لاقليم الرحامنة، وذلك الى غاية الرابع من شهر دجنبر المقبل.
وجاء هذا التأخير، بعد ان وضع محامي الرئيس المذكرة الجوابية على مقال الإحالة الذي وضع عامل إقليم الرحامنة بداية الشهر الجاري بين يدي السلطة القضائية، بعد طلب عدد من أعضاء مجلس جماعة الجبيلات بإقالة الرئيس بعد رفض تقديم استقالته، حسب المادة 70 من القانون التنظيمي للجماعات.
وأفادت مصادر محلية، على انه وتزامنا مع جلسة المحكمة عقد المجلس الجماعي الجبيلات دورة استثنائية للمصادقة على أربع نقاط مبرمجة، أبرزها النقطة المتعلقة بالمصادقة على ميزانية الجماعة برسم سنة 2019، وهي النقاط التي تم رفضها جملة وتفصيلا لتبقى معلقة إلى دورة أخرى قد يترأسها رئيس جديد أو الحالي حسب منطوق الحكم في نازلة عزل الرئيس المعروضة على القضاء الإداري.
