أعلن اتحاد كرة القدم الأميركي الجنوبي (كونميبول) اليوم الثلاثاء 27 نونبر أن مباراة الإياب للدور النهائي لمسابقة كوبا ليبرتادوريس بين ريفر بلايت وبوكا جونيورز الأرجنتينيين، والتي أرجئت بعد اعتداء مشجعي الأول على حافلة الثاني، ستقام خارج البلاد.
واعتبر الاتحاد أنه "سيكون من المستحسن ألا تقام المباراة (في الأرجنتين)، النهائي سيقام في الثامن من شهر دجنبر أو التاسع منه، في مكان سيتم تحديده من قبل إدارة الكونميبول"، وذلك في بيان تلا اجتماعا عقد اليوم بين مسؤولين من الاتحاد القاري والناديين.
وكانت المباراة مقررة السبت على ملعب "مونيومنتال" التابع لريفر بلايت، الا أنها أرجئت بعد تعرض حافلة بوكا لاعتداء من قبل مشجعي الفريق المضيف وهي في طريقها الى الملعب.
