بالفيديو: فضح اختلالات مشروع بناء قنطرة و تهيئة طريق انجز بأزيد من 5 ملايين درهم بالحوز
وجه عدد من المواطنين خطابا شديد اللهجة للمسؤولين القائمين على مشروع تهيئة مقطع طرقي بين منطقتي "امليل" و "أرمد" بالحوز، لسبب ما وصفوه "بالاختلالات وعدم تنفيذ الالتزمات،" حيث أوضحوا أن المقطع الطرقي الذي انجز بازيد من 3 ملايين درهم، عرف تاخرا كبيرا على مستوى التنفيذ، اضافة الى انه لا يرقى الى مستوى مطالب السكان الذين استبشروا خيرا بهذا المشروع، حيث لم يتم تهيئته بالشكل المطلوب، ويبقى ضعيفا من حيث البنية، وتسألوا عن اسباب عدم تبليط المقطع كما جاء على لسان مسؤولين.
كما أن السكان عبروا عن غضبهم الشديد لسبب عدم انجاز قنطرة لتصريف مياه منطقة "أرمد" بالشكل المطلوب، حيث إن هذه المنشأة الفنية التي تم بنائها في غير محلها بأزيد من مليون درهم، اصبحت تهدد حقول الفلاحين، وستتسبب في توجيه مياه الوادي الى الدوار، الأمر الذي يهدد ايضا سكان المنطقة.
