كشف بيان صادر عن فيدرالية اليسار الديمقراطي، والكونفدرالية الديمقراطية للشغل، والجمعية المغربية لحقوق الإنسان بإقليم الفقيه بنصالح أن 5 تلاميذ قد تم إعتقالهم يوم أمس الإثنين عقب مشاركتهم في الإحتجاجات التي يخوضها المتمدرسون تنديدا بإقرار حكومة العثماني للساعة الإضافية.
وجاء في البلاغ الصادر أن الأمن طارد وتعقب التلاميذ مما خلق الرعب النفسي في أوساطهم بالإضافة إلى أولياء أمورهم.
وإعتبرت النقابات أن ما أقدم عليه امن الفقيه لابن صالح يعتبر سلوك استفزازي وعنيف في حق التلميذات والتلاميذ المحتجين بشكل سلمي وحضاري، مؤكدة على رفضها للمقاربة الأمنية التي تنهجها السلطات الأمنية والمحلية.
وقد حذرت النقابات السلطات الأمنية والمحلية بالفقيه بن صالح من تفاقم الأوضاع وتأجيج الاحتجاجات والتصعيد، معتبرة ذلك بكونه سيزيد الأوضاع احتقانا وتأزماً، حيث طالبت الحكومة بمراجعة قرار الإبقاء على التوقيت الصيفي.
