هي منظومة من منظومات المديرية العامة للأمن الوطني، وتعتبر القلب النابض لكل ولاية أمن من حيث تسيير وتدبير الشؤون الامنية بالشارع العام. ويكون هناك تنسيق بين جميع المصالح الأمنية سواء الامن العمومي أو الشرطة القضائية أو الاستعلامات العامة .
وأوضح خالد رفيق، ملازم شرطة ورئيس قاعة القيادة والتنسيق بولاية أمن مراكش، أن المصلحة مكلفة بمحورين، الأول يتعلق بالخط 19 الذي يتم عبر الأجهزة المتوفرة في قاعة المواصلات التي تتلقى اتصالات من طرف المواطنين للتبليغ أو الاستغاثة او الارشاد، والمحور الثاني المرتبط بالراديوفونية التي تعمل على التنسيق بين جميع المصالح الامنية من خلال التوجيه للتدخلات والمحافظة على النظام.
