أقدم رجل سبعيني، الأحد، على وضع حدّ لحياته شنقا، بواسطة حبل لفّه حول عنقه بمسقط رأسه بمنطقة وادي النعناع، قيادة رأس العين الشاوية دائرة ابن أحمد ناحية سطات.
الشيخ المزداد سنة 1946 بوادي النعناع بمنطقة أمزاب، عثر عليه جثة هامدة، ما استدعى تدخل عناصر الدرك الملكي بالمركز الترابي رأس العين الشاوية سرية سطات، لفتح تحقيق حول هذا الحادث الذي هز سكان المنطقة.
وجرى فتح بحث قضائي حول انتحار السبعيني، بعد معاينة جثة الهالك ونقلها عبر سيارة نقل الأموات إلى مستشفى سطات قصد التشريح لمعرفة السبب الحقيقي للوفاة، تنفيذا لتعليمات وكيل الملك بابتدائية ابن أحمد.
