يشتكي سكان حي اسبتيين بالمدينة العتيقة لمراكش منذ سنوات، من الضرر الحاصل بسبب لاقط هوائي مثبت فوق سطح أحد المنازل السكنية، على الرغم من صدور قرار ولائي سنة 2013 يقضي بازالته، حيث تمت موافاة المدير الجهوي للشركة صاحبة اللاقط بهذا التقرير وبالتوصيات مع نسخة من مراسلة السلطات المحلية، وذلك قصد التتبع (ارسالية عدد 26845).

وحسب ما ذكره مجموعة من السكان وكدا جمعية الامل الممثلة للمجتمع المدني بالمنطقة، فان تملص قائد الملحقة الادارية من تنفيذ هذا القرار هو السبب الأساسي في استمرار معاناتهم، بعدما ألقى المسؤولية الى قسم التعمير والبيئة بولاية الجهة.

ومن جهة أخرى، ذكرت نفس المصادر أن المنزل الذي يقع فيه هذا اللاقط يعرف خروقات عديدة في مجال التعمير، وآخرها ما تقوم به صاحبته حاليا من أشغال غير قانونية وعشوائية، أمام صمت غير مفهوم للسلطات المحلية.
