جولة داخل المديرية العامة للأمن الوطني: الشرطة التقنية و العلمية

أوضح عبد الرحمان اليوسفي العلوي، عميد اقليمي رئيس المصلحة المركزية للتشخيص القضائي بقسم الشرطة التقنية و العلمية، أن الشرطة التقنية و العلمية هي عبارة عن تخصص من التخصصات الشرطية التي تلعب دورا في حل القضايا الإجرامية .

و هذا التخصص يتكون من جزيئين:

الشرطة التقنية التي تعتمد على تقنيي مسرح الجريمة  المتواجدون في جميع الولايات و المناطق الجهوية للامن حيث تتواجد فرقة في كل مدينة تصاحب ضباط الشرطة القضائية تقوم بالفحص التقني بهدف جمع الاثار و الادلة، حيث ان عمل فرقة الشرطة التقنية و العلمية   لا يقتصر فقط على الجرائم الكبرى بل يشمل جميع القضايا مثلا كسرقة سيارة، وتقوم الشرطة التقنية و العلمية بتحرياتها التقنية في عين المكان لجمع الاثار و الأدلة.

للشرطة التقنية شعبتين:

شعبة تقني مسرح الجريمة الذي يقوم بالتحريات التقنية

شعبة القياس و التي تقوم بتتبع الأشخاص ذوي السوابق و تسجيل معلوماتهم  في القاعدة المعلوماتية للمديرية  العامة للامن الوطني

ومن تخصصات الشرطة العلمية أنها تقوم بفحص الآثار والأدلة للحصول على  هوية الشخص الذي قام بالجريمة حيث تستغل الآثار المادية المتواجدة بمسرح الجريمة و من خلال البحث و التحليل نتوصل للشخص المتابع قضائيا عن طريق البصمة اليدوية أو البصمة الجينية الوراثية  او مجموعة من الاثار الأخرى.

أما مسار تكوين تقنيي الشرطة العلمية و التقنية فبالإضافة للتكوين الأساسي للشرطي، يخضعون لتداريب مكثفة في تخصص الشرطة التقنية و العلمية فمثلا تقني تدبير مسرح الجريمة يخضع لأربع أسابيع من التكوين كمستوى أول، بالإضافة إلى مجموعة من الدورات التكوينية و الدورات المستمرة مثلا في رفع البصمات ورفع الآثار البيولوجية أو الفيزيائية أو الكيميائية وكذلك الأفعال الإجرامية الكبرى.

تخصص التصوير الفوتوغرافي القضائي :

يلعب هذا التخصص دور كبير في تقديم الدليل العلمي للمحاكم حيث تكون تقارير الشرطة العلمية و محاضر الشرطة القضائية مرفقة بالبوم صورلتقريب القاضي و هيئة الحكم من الفعل الإجرامي الذي تم ارتكابه.
